Global Quilt Shop is owned by Mona Burtz and Jon O’Dowd.  Located in the Lakeland, FL (about halfway between Tampa and Orlando), we are an internet only shop dedicated to bringing you innovative products to make quilting easy and fun!

While we offer a wide array of quilting supplies, we specialize in die-cut appliqués and quilt kits using the finest quilt shop quality cotton fabrics.  We manufacture these ourselves so they are a unique product for our shop.

We’re also the proud sponsors of the Bad Girls Guild…a group of quilters dedicated to the art of stash and supply building.  You’ll definitely want to check out these girls and see what they’re up to!  Don’t be surprised if you suddenly find yourself a member of this fun and playful group of quilters.  You’ll also discover they have hearts of gold and use their quilting skills to bring joy to many others.
